Here in Okinawa, we're pretty locked down again. Gyms are closed, but luckily, we can still workout on base outside! Fitness has been my saving grace during all of these lockdowns and I just wanted to pay it forward (side note - have you ever seen that movie, Pay It Forward? It's one of my FAVORITES of all time!).
Here's a few track workouts you can easily save to your phone to complete. If you're in Okinawa, I recommend working out before 9 AM or after 6 PM to beat the heat. Regardless of when you workout, please bring water with you!
